It is my joy to recommend to you Robert Biermann, his family, and their ministry—to plant an independent Baptist church in the needy community of Boerne, Texas.

For the past few years, I have had the privilege of pastoring Rob and his family upon their arrival to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. After serving our nation for 20 years and recently retiring with honors, I had the pleasure of hiring Rob as our pastoral intern. In all this time I have witnessed Rob’s faithfulness to the Lord, his family, and our church, exemplified through his sincere walk with Christ, his servant’s heart, and his passion for the Word of God.

Rob has been called into ministry, and his Scriptural qualifications and spiritual gifts are evident. He rightly divides the Word of truth. He has a genuine burden for souls. And he is faithful in personal witness, compassionate in dealing with people, and steadfast in his Christian testimony.
